Playa Langosta

Located next to Playa Tamarindo on the Pacific Coast in Guanacaste, Playa Langosta is a less popular beach. The main hotel, Hotel Barelo, is an all inclusive beach front resort. Their prices and food are decent, and the beach is amazing. Take a walk down Playa Langosta around 5:30pm local time, and you will see this amazing sunset. Playa Langosta is the perfect spot for privacy and romance, and is still close to the city of Tamarindo, where you can choose to fill your day, week or month with surfing, shopping and activities.

Costa Rica

Costa Rica land is commonly referred to as “the land of Eden,” as its pristine natural beauty is an ideal getaway from a more urban lifestyle. For such a small country, the biodiversity found here is extraordinary and nearly untouched. The plethora of exotic wildlife in this country will leave you breathless, and you are guaranteed to have a fantastic vacation.

Hot Springs

Naturally occurring hot springs can be found all around the world, and many are affiliated with volcanic activity. Costa Rica offers hot springs of different temperatures, flow volumes and mineral content that can be found in different areas of Costa Rica near certain volcanoes. Arenal, Irazu, Miravalles and Rincon de la Vieja all have magnificent and slightly different hot springs, each offering a unique yet enjoyable experience.

Playa Flamingo

The crescent-strip of white sand known as Playa Flamingo is postcard-worthy, and is a quiet, peaceful and relaxing beach to visit on your next Costa Rican vacation. Playa Flamingo’s warm waters and gentle currents are ideal for swimming, especially along nearby Playa Brasilito. The Potrero Grande break draws its share of surfers, though far fewer than the packed beaches of Tamarindo, Jaco or other popular surf spots. Sunset cruises, horseback rides and world-class golfing are popular activities among tourists, and for those looking for rest ...

See you on the Rich Coast

Every now and then, it's a moment of disbelief... Living and traveling in Costa Rica - one of the most beautiful places on the planet. With almost 6% of the world's biodiversity, it's no wonder so many people from around the world - nature and adventure lovers (like me!) especially, choose this country as their destination. But what an experience this has been. Starting out more than two years ago, living way up in the mountains for a couple months in a small town called Grecia - I can still remember it like it were yesterday. We took trips to the famous Poas Volcano, a rodeo festival in Sarchi,...
